FAQ

How fast do you respond to emails?
In most cases, we will respond in less than 12 hours!

What if I want something you don’t offer?
All of our product offerings should please even the most critical of clients, but we are always willing to step outside the box to accommodate a request. If there is something you want, just ask and we will do our best to make it happen!

Do you require a deposit?
To hold a date, we ask for 35% of the total package price. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

What if I am uncomfortable in front of a camera?
We promise to develop a working relationship that makes you feel great. So great, that you can’t help but feel like you just hired a good friend.

Do you edit every photo?
Quality work is important to everyone, and we take this seriously. We believe each image deserves a life of its own, so all of the images we deliver to clients will get our special touch.

Do you use Photoshop?
We mainly use Lightroom for all of our editing, but it does have limitations. Occasionally, we need the features of Photoshop to clean up an image to our liking. Rest assured, all of our editing is non-destructive and our photos will never look “Photoshopped”.

What equipment do you use?
We love Canon and Sigma, and have our bags decked out with their goods.

How long will it take until our photos are ready?
For weddings, generally within 4 weeks from the date of your event. However, we make some “teasers” available on facebook within days, a blog post within 10 days and a slideshow within 20 days! You’ll stay engaged with your photos throughout our editing process.

How many photos will you provide with a typical wedding?
Typically, clients will receive 250-500 images from their Wedding day. This of course can change depending on the circumstances.

Do you setup/pose your shots?
We consider ourselves Wedding Photojournalists. Most of our work captures the day as it unfolds with little interaction by us. There are some shots during the day that do require our input, and we are happy to help when it is required.
